one of the many things i love about sea kayaking is that it's so versatile! this day excursion started with a kayak drag into one bay, then paddling round a cape, landing on a boulder beach, with a ramble up a pretty creek and paddled into another bay.... where we had previously stashed our bikes so we could reconnect with the car. not sure if the composite cohort would be so comfortable on such a multi-terrain mini-adventure............ plastic kayaks have their advantages! : )
part of the attraction of sea kayaking is just being outside watching the light on the water here is a series of snippets from a few months wandering my home range haunts somehow mashed together (with a kayak cameo appearance)
this is cobbled together from 'footage' from a series of surfs at the one point from last winter (9 months ago) these surfs are pre-hammer days love the playfulness of the hammer (it's like a stretched whitewater play boat) but the delphin is still a fun fun play boat depends how much 'turnability' floats your boat check out https://www.facebook.com/groups/CSKPG/ that's the cork sea kayak playgroup they always seem to have fun in their delphins the sticker on my delphin is from CSKPG hey dunneryak, where's the sticker for the hammer?
